Hello,
I am enlisting this august and I want to know how soon I can expect tzav rishon? I am arriving in Israel late June, and although I speak a little hebrew I will be attending army ulpan starting in august. Will tzav rishon be before or after army ulpan? Any info will be great. Thank you -zac

It's before you start your service. When you're in the Ulpan, it's as a serving soldier.
