Gluten sensitivity / Weight limit?

Postby Reform » Tue Feb 23, 2010 11:57 am

Shalom, some of my questions are:

I have gluten sensitivity and I have to keep a special diet. (I eat only gluten free foods.) An Israeli doctor friend of mine told me that it's not a problem (either the Diabetes mellitus), because we can get gluten free foods in the army.

Was he right about it?

Another question:
I'm a good athlete but very slim. I made 64 situps / 1 minute. Is there any weight limits?

I'm 185 cm tall and 65kg. That's fine - I think. (I played fencing for 3 years, now I'm a runner.)

The army will make sure you gt hte food you need.

There are no weight or height requirements. You will be surprised
at some of the soldiers you will see. During basic training they will help you to get into shape.

Thank you!

I was reading your website before I joined, and I read that we, volunteers have to make 75 push-ups. Is it / periods? For example:

1. Turn: 20
2. Turn 25
3. Turn 30?

Or at one time 75?

Thank you.
