Today, i was informed, much by surprise that I have gibush tzanhanim on November 7.
What should i do to get in shape?
Ive been running 2k and ~70 pushpus 3-4 times a week for several weeks now, but i think i need to step it up.
Im now doing 2k + pushups + lunges twice a day.
What should i expect in the gibush?
Should i be doing more?
Any other advice you can give me?
